About Fees

MANAGEMENT

Management fees are taken in real-time but still equal 2.2% yr. Due to the smart contracts' design, when Havens rebalance, Ethereum gas fees are taken from Chain Haven wallets, not the Havens/vaults. Costs are currently very high. While this will not always be the case, fees need to be paid. Including them in a management fee makes sense. When gas fees reduce, so will man fee.

PERFORMANCE

Put simply, if Havens don't increase your coin, there's no fee. The performance period is on a rolling four-month period. You may enter at the beginning, middle or end. If a new high is achieved at the end of a period, high-water marks are used to mark the new high for subsequent perf periods. The fee is calculated as 22% of net gains (growth of benchmark asset).

You do not have control or access to the exchanges crypto wallet. If your crypto is on an exchange, send it to your ETH wallet before sending it to a Haven because you will receive vault tokens that prove ownership/redemption.
